1 General Provisions & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pojok platform ("Platform") and the user ("you" / "member"). By using pojok's website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the pojok platform immediately. These Terms apply alongside pojok's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms are written in Bengali, and that version is the final and authoritative document.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To participate on the pojok platform, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above.
• You must use this platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
• Online betting and casino activities must not be legally prohibited in your current location.
• You must confirm that you are playing in your own name and using your own funds.
• You must not have any previously closed or suspended accounts on pojok.

3 Account Registration & Verification

A registered personal account is required to access all services on the pojok platform. You must provide accurate and complete personal information to complete the registration process.

3.1 Account Creation Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the member's own responsibility. The password must never be shared with any third party.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

3.2 Identity Verification

pojok reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. For this purpose, a copy of a National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the pojok platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• The correct reference number and details must be provided at the time of deposit. pojok is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 5 for details).
• For suspicious or unusual transactions, pojok may hold a withdrawal for additional verification.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on the pojok platform. All such offers are subject to the conditions described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳8,000 → bonus reaches the maximum cap of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit + bonus total). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered to complete the requirement. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before this condition is met.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. The bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless pojok explicitly permits it.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings after the wagering conditions are met can be withdrawn.
• pojok reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games and betting activities operated on the pojok platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

6.1 Casino Games

The results of slots, live casino, fishing games, and other casino games are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Information about each game's RTP (Return to Player) and volatility is available on the respective game provider's website. pojok does not guarantee winnings for any specific game.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet settlement will be based on the official results of the relevant sports authority. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, pojok will settle bets according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Technical Errors

If any round or bet is left incomplete due to server issues, disconnection, or any other technical fault, pojok will make a decision in accordance with established rules. In the case of a genuine error, all bets will be cancelled and funds will be returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pojok platform, and violations may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage (Collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other members or pojok staff.
• Betting or gambling using funds belonging to a third party.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

pojok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If registration was completed using false or incomplete information.
• If bonus or promotion abuse is proven.
• If suspicious financial activity is identified.
• If the member is found to be a minor.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any active bonuses will be cancelled and verified funds will be processed for return according to the applicable rules.

9 Responsible Gambling

pojok believes that online betting and casino is simply a form of entertainment. We encourage all members to gamble responsibly.

• Set a financial limit for yourself and stick to it.
• Avoid the urge to place more bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
• Avoid placing large bets driven by emotion.
• Never treat gambling as a source of income.

11 Limitation of Liability

The pojok platform provides services on an "as is" basis and accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Financial loss caused by a member's own negligence or intentional error.
• Account information falling into the hands of a third party if the member disclosed the information themselves.
• Force Majeure events — natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, and similar circumstances.
• Any errors or disruptions originating from a game provider's server.

pojok's decision will be considered final in resolving any dispute. However, a member may appeal through the support team if they wish.

12 Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions

pojok reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via email or through the platform.

If you continue using the platform after new terms and conditions are published, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the updated terms. Therefore, it is advised to check this page regularly.
